Please read through this thoroughly before ordering a commission from me!

Terms Of Service

I have the right to refuse service! If I do not feel comfortable doing work for you or of a character provided, I will decline your commission.Please be respectful of this decision.

What you get

- You will receive one high resolution PNG file of the completed artwork.- All my work is digital, you will not recieve a physical copy of my works.- Work in progress shots (Per request & regular updates)

Work In Progress

- You may request a work in progress shot at any time- During the sketching phase you can request any changes be it minor or major to the artwork, however after the lineart is complete I will not accept larger changes to the artwork, without additional charges.- Be aware due to study, commissions may take some time.

Rights & Redistribution

- You are free to post your commission online or print a physical copy, as long as correct crediting is given.- You may not sell prints or digital copies of my works.- I reserve the right to post this work online and/or sell prints of the piece. If character is an original character I will not sell prints of the piece, this only occurs if the character us from other medias such as; films, books, or shows.- Do not edit my work without permission- Do not remove my watermark from any works of art.- Do not trace, recolor, or copy my artwork.- Do not sell my work for more than you originally got it for, unless additional artwork is added.- Do not feed my works of art into any form of AI for training and/or generation.

Payments

- All payments are done through Paypal- All payments are preferred to be in USD.- All payment must be received upfront unless a prior arrangement is agreed upon. Please speak with me for an arrangement to be made.- Do not send blind payments! You will have your money refunded as this is not an accepted commission.- Refunds will be issued if the work has not been started. If work has begun there will be a $10 fee for each hour of work done. This will be deducted from your refundable balance.- If a commission is completed or almost completed, I will not issue any refund.- NSFW requests will have a 50% additional fee added to your commission.

Things I won't draw

- Underage characters in sexual situations- Fetish art (May draw for additional fees, contact me for more information on your requested work)- Most Closed Species, please ask about a species before ordering!!
